It has an exterior garage inside the plot for one car. Built 428 m2. The charming community of Nagüeles in Sierra Blanca is situated just above the Golden Mile within a short drive/ walk to Marbella centre and Puerto Banus. The urbanization consists of private villas as well as some newly built apartment and townhouse complexes.

Nagüeles is the original Marbella luxury suburb. Older villas in green and leafy settings, lots of character. Walking distance to beach, cafés, rest. areas, shops, Cities etc…

Setting: Close To Golf, Close To Port, Close To Sea, Close to the national park, Close to Shopping-centre, Close To Town, Good Road Access, Sea and Mountain View.

Locations: 40 km to Malaga Airport, 55 km to Gibraltar Airport, 900m to restaurants, shops, 1,1 km to Beach, 2,5 km to Marbella town centre, 4 km to Puerto Banus town centre.

The bedrooms are large and of a high standard, the possibility for 2 extra beds for an extra cost of 100 € each. Though not in the same standard as the other 8.

– PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICIES –

• We request 50% of the total amount to confirm the booking.
• Pending amount, 50% + refundable deposit 15 days prior arrival.
• This deposit is fully refundable 10 days after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
• Check-in is anytime from 4 PM to 9 PM.
• Late check-in is required to be paid in cash:
  • From 9 PM to 12 AM there is an extra charge of 40 euros.
  • From 12 AM to 5 AM there is an extra charge of 55 euros.
• Home greeting: there is an extra cost of 25€ for check-in at the property.
• Check-out is by 10 AM.
  • Late Checkout fee from 11 is until 1p.m: 40€ extra. But based on the availability
  • Late Checkout fee after 1p.m: As an offsetting measure, the day’s base rate will be charged without discounts
• We charge 10€ extra for a baby crib and high chair per day.
• We charge 35€ for an extra bed per day.
• Guests can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival.
• There will be no refund offered if the reservation is cancelled within 30 days before the intended arrival.
