The Villa is perfectly located right next to the heart of Puerto Banus. It’s a perfect place to stay for families, single groups, party people or couples. The distance to Puerto Banus is 500 meters. The famous Beach of Puerto Banus is only 150 m away. Directly on the beach, you will find the famous Ocean Club and trendy beach Bar and Restaurant la Sala by the Sea and Tramps Beach and all the privileges Puerto Banus can offer. The biggest Shopping-Center El Corte Ingles is only one exit away. Pets are also allowed. Late check out on request.

A spacious and elegant living room is the perfect place for your family to gather by the fireplace to exchange stories or watch television. A modern kitchen with the latest appliances that any chef will appreciate. You can enjoy delicious food and a wonderful atmosphere in the dining room, in the informal kitchen-dining area or on the terrace. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms offer a perfect balance between modern design and sophisticated simplicity.

The leisure area is outside the house. Magnificent gardens, two swimming pools, solarium, terraces with chill-out area, barbecue and outdoor dining areas.

The location is brilliant.  No car is needed. All are within walking distance.

– PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICIES –

• We request 50% of the total amount to confirm the booking.
• Pending amount, 50% + refundable deposit 15 days prior arrival.
• This deposit is fully refundable 10 days after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
• Check-in is anytime from 4 PM to 9 PM.
• Late check-in is required to be paid in cash:
  • From 9 PM to 12 AM there is an extra charge of 40 euros.
  • From 12 AM to 5 AM there is an extra charge of 55 euros.
• Home greeting: there is an extra cost of 25€ for check-in at the property.
• Check-out is by 10 AM.
  • Late Checkout fee from 11 is until 1p.m: 40€ extra. But based on the availability
  • Late Checkout fee after 1p.m: As an offsetting measure, the day’s base rate will be charged without discounts
• We charge 10€ for a pet per day. (Must not exceed 10 kg) 
• We charge 10€ extra for a baby crib and high chair per day.
• We charge 35€ for an extra bed per day.
• Guests can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival.
• There will be no refund offered if the reservation is cancelled within 30 days before the intended arrival.
