• The main floor comprises other 2 bedrooms (double and twin) and 2 en-suite bathrooms, plus kitchen, dining room, lounge, office, home cinema room, and outdoor living areas including garage and driveway.

• The neighbour is finishing the construction of a new villa and it will be finished by the 15th of June. Some days could be a bit noisy because they would be installing the kitchen, bathrooms, etc.
