• Late check-out:
  • From 11 AM to 1 PM there is an extra charge of 40€.
  • After 1 PM: As an offsetting measure, the day’s base rate may be charged without discounts

Payment and Cancellation Policy

• We request 50% of the total amount to confirm the booking.
• Pending amount, 50% + refundable deposit 15 days prior arrival.
• This deposit is fully refundable 10 days after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
• Check-in is anytime from 4 PM to 9 PM.
• Late check-in is required to be paid in cash:
  • From 9 PM to 12 AM there is an extra charge of 40 euros.
  • From 12 AM to 5 AM there is an extra charge of 55 euros.
• We charge 10€ extra for a baby crib and high chair per day.
• We charge 35€ for an extra bed per day.
• Final cleaning is included in the quotation.
• Guests can cancel free of charge until 07 days before arrival.
• There will be no refund offered if the reservation is cancelled within 07 days before the intended arrival.
